Any tips on Dehydrating Sweet corn ?

I thought it might be good for Corn Fritters in the BWCA this Fall ?

You should blanch something like that first. I've never tried it alone, but I have dehydrated frozen mixed vegetables with good results.

With good local sweet corn available, the time is ripe !

Yes Blanching is the way we've done it in the past !

Oh yea and I've had the best results as everyone has with blanching first
I've also cooked extra and dried the left overs
I love using this stuff in everything from soups to stews and its awesome added to corn cakes
