Hi all!

Curious how people pack their fry bakes. I have a deep and shallow fry bake oven that I travel with and I have yet to figure out a great method of securely packing them. Ideally, I’d like to nest the two pans and lids together with random cooking supplies inside.

What’s the easy solution that I’m missing?

Thanks!

I have an Alpine Deep and an Expedition. I never take both; It's an either/or choice depending on the number of people I am with. So, I don't nest them.

I made 2-part, Reflectix cozys that enclose the Fry-Bake entirely. Part 1 is a simple pie-pan shaped cozy which allows me to drop in the hot pan and handle it with my bare hands. Part 2 is a square, box-shaped cozy with closure that can be used for cozy cooking but, for me primarily just pads the pan for stuffing in my pack.

I typically carry stove and a few utensiles inside the pan and cozy.

Good Luck

My eyes have been open to reflectix style boxes and punches. I purchased needed supplies and an going to start crafting. Thank you Dave!

I’d love to see a pic if it’s not to much of a pain.

Thanks again!
