No offense to SUPers, but I'm not at all surprised that something like this has a SUP in its photos instead of a canoe or even a kayak.

You could rig a harness and tow it from your SUP. Better not have a headwind, though.

Haha yeah I refer to that as hipsters. It's a huge trend at least in Duluth. I don't mean it negative either but it is a thing.
