Not sure this is the proper place but the music forum is empty so....

I always relate strongly to music and lately has been slightly rough (not looking for any sympathy though :) )

However I have always liked this song but never truly listened to it. I feel almost compelled to mention it. One in case you haven't heard it and two it seems like a BWCA style song at least to me.

Two styles of it cause the original is a .... bit rough I suppose and the other is super laid back. Anyways yeah out of all the digital places I feel I relate most to this one so I'm putting this out there.

Original

Willie's version

Great song. The one and only Tom Waits. Loved Nighthawks at the Dinner

Never cared for Tom Waits. Willie Nelson makes it good.

Tom Waits - "The Early Years Vol 2", is one of my favorite albums of all time. Love Tom on just the piano or acoustic. Thanks for posting. Gonna check out some of those covers!

If you like those covers you should definitely check this one out too. I have no idea who the guy is but it is quite good.

He doesn't make it a new song like Willie and Sara Jarosz do but it holds up well I think.

Jerry Ask's version of Come On Up To The House
