Does anyone here own one? I cannot get my contour lines to show up?

Don't own this specific model but have owned two different Lowrance units and am fairly comfortable with their system. Is this the Elite 5 DSI with the squarish screen? Are you having issues seeing contour lines on all lakes or just a specific lake?
