Wow, even a shower... or is that just how you clean it. Haha! $hit, shower and shave all at the same time.
Have fun in your adventures south... north, east and west.

That's awesome, doesn't weigh much towing it should be easy

Nice,

The wife and I bought our first camper last July, an Aliner hard sided pop-up camper.
I glamped in it ~30 nites since that time, before wnterizing it recently.
We are loving ours, guessing you will as well.

That’s my dream too. I also will use a Tacoma and am looking at Jayco trailers. Have fun and congrats on the purchase. An awning with screen tent is a great accessory if they have it available.

NICE! You'll love it. We've had ours for a few years now. It's pretty basic... we call it our stainless steel tent because it's really just a bed on wheels with storage and protection from the weather. It is SOOOOO much easier to just take off on a whim and go camping. We leave it packed other than food all summer long. A quick overnight has taken on a whole new meaning.

Congratulations and here's to many years of enjoyment.

Glad you finally found what you were looking for, Curt. I'm sure you'll get a lot of use and enjoyment out of it.

That’s a nice trailer. I’ve always admired them and understand they are a very high quality product. I see a lot of them camping off the beaten path in some rugged areas of CA and AZ. The Boondock package is perfect for that.

Very cool! I have seen one parked at a neighbors house but had never seen inside. Congratulations, and enjoy!

I am thinking of something similar for my retirement in the next 18 months or so and have been researching them extensively. Just want to be able to continue my passion for camping and being outdoors in nature with a few more creature comforts. My wife is 7 years younger than me so many of my trips may be solo, which is ok. Need a war and dry place to sit and relax, cook and sleep when the weather turns iffy.

Just spent the last couple nights tent camping in a state park with 30s and wind all day and no sign of the sun. Mid 20s at night and a couple inches of snow on the tent the first night. Although we had a good time, I do know that I thought about having that trailer to retreat to several times on the trip. If it was just me I could be very happy with something quite basic but the prospect of my wife coming with on occasion, or a buddy necessitates that I get something a little bigger and with a few more features. Let us up and coming retirees know how it goes, and what you like/dislike about it.

Congrats

we are thrilled to introduce our new home. boonie :), actually it is a boondock edge, thought you'd like the name steve:). our winter days in ne iowa will be fewer.
the time is here. i can't remember all the tent camping trips but there have been many. at some point i will downsize gear, sell it to people who can use it and keep one set of essentials. seem's like i have doubles of items i do not need.
looking forward to new adventures.
oh, what was new yesterday, stopping at rei in the way home, i never looked at the camping gear once. shoes and bike gear were our interest. i looked for a rv section but found none.

Very clever, Curt :) It looks nice. White truck, white trailer . . . but where are the whitewall tires? ;) I can tell you're excited and looking forward to new adventures. I'm sure you're busy formulating exciting plans for next year. Enjoy yourselves.
