2009 Kevlar canoe. Bought in 2011 from Piragis - used for one season. Had gunwale damage fixed by Piragis prior to purchase. And we used it for 8 years. Used for 9 trips approximately. 42lbs very lightweight. Sliding front seat. Tractor seats. Nice horseshoe yoke. Normal use scratches. Slight damage nothing concerning and can be patched easy enough . Hi... nice canoe... The foam ribs on the sides indicate that it is probably the “ ultralight “ layup in Kevlar. And yet, you say it weighs 58 lbs... ??? The ultralight should weigh 42 lbs according to the Wenonah website. That’s 16 lbs different... Special yoke? Foot brace? Sliding seat? It just does not quite add up. Any ideas? Might be interested if it really is weighing in at 45-50 lbs. could be in the Cities in a week or two.. thanks. Jim

Hi... Have you actually weighed it? Bathroom scale? Weigh self; weigh self with canoe on shoulders... difference is weight of canoe! Tuffweave flexcore is 58 lbs... maybe someone told you the wrong weight? ????????. Thanks
