Found very little information on this lake.
Anybody got anything they can share?
Base camping on vista in May and looking to do a day trip to misquah.
Never trout fished before hoping in May the fish will still be shallow.

We did a Fall trip a few years back where we based on the 5-star site on Vista and did day trip to Misquah and LTL. We did not catch any on Misquah. The lake is not that big so you can definitely cover the entire area trolling for lakers easily. Seems to have one deep hole and the lake is like a bowl. You might be able to find some as your work your way to the portage into LTL, it gets shallower. In the late winter/early spring I have had a lot of success fishing the shallower areas, like I described above for lakers. Sounds like a great trip. If you're feeling full of energy I recommend the portage into LTL... if not I do not recommend :)

No recent information on Misquah but, we did have good success on Little Trout Lake a couple of years back. Of course you'd have to do the big portage to get there but, it's a great lake for more than just fishing.
