Made the trip to Old Forge to pick up my new 2020 Wenonah Advantage. The trip itself didn't go as planned. I had planned on driving up yesterday (9+ hour drive), staying the night, then picking up the canoe first thing this morning and driving back home. Well got there yesterday at 1500 to the start of a blizzard. They were starting to shut roads down and all the local shops were closing up. So decided to to load up the new canoe yesterday in the blizzard and make the 9+ hour drive back home. Making the trip into a 1,092 mile drive starting at 0630 yesterday morning and finally getting back home at 0215 this morning. Wish I could of stayed and checked out what Old Forge had to offer but wasn't going to risk getting stuck up there for a couple of days.

Excited about this canoe. supper light, I can pick it up one handed with my left hand (non dominate hand) with ease. Can't wait to get it out on the water

I'm sorry you couldn't stick around but I was returning home in this area - last evening planned delayed to this morning - and so bad I could not see hood of car at times and among many trucks and cars off the road, a state police cruiser.
