I’d like a table to use in the BWCA and ice fishing. It would need to be small, portable and light. The taller the better, and hopefully durable. I found some from Moon Lence,
Trekology, Helinox (higher price point), Deanurs; any experiences with these or other recommendations?

I have the Trekology folding table with the soft, cloth top and folding aluminum legs/frame Amazon.com was selling a few years ago. I take it on 2-4 person trips for card games in the evenings or rainy days under the tarp. I leave it at home on solo trips.
Gotten be careful with kids or spill prone adults as the cloth top doesn’t clean well in the field. My wife used it as a hot chocolate and s’mores prepping station once...just once!

We have a Trekology Aluminum top table for trips where we won't be traveling too much, and love it. It is easy to put together, fairly compact, and light for a solid top table. I can't stand the soft top tables. It easily fits in a pack and weighs from 1.8-3.2 pounds depending on size. We have the med. and it is 2.8 pounds. Our friends also got one and they love theirs also.

I have an REI Flexlite model which is very similar to the Helinox. I don't use it very often because it's not as stable as I care for. I also find that if it's not weighted down it blows over easily. I can see where it would be very convenient in many situations however and it packs small and doesn't weigh much.

CoachWalleye74: "small, portable, light"
This does not fit the "tall" request, but it's the lightest, most portable one I am aware of. 2.3 ounces.

I have a Helinox Table 1 Hardtop and have been shocked how much I like it. I'd tried a regular Table 1 side by side in the store, initially planning to buy the regular one. The hardtop is *so much* more useful that it's easily worth the extra ounces if you're in a situation where it's worth carrying a table at all. I wouldn't dream of taking it backpacking, and it only comes on canoe trips where there's extra space in the packs. But it's awfully nice if you can justify a few extra pounds.

Yes, that is the Trekology table I was speaking of, they are very nice."
+1. The hard top is a must. Great table for the price - usually $45 but Amazon frequently has it 20% off, including right now, making it just $36.

I love my Helinox Table One. It added so much pleasure and convenience to my paddle trips, plus I use it in the tent for car camping and at home every day. They only had the soft top when I bought mine some years ago; today I would get the hard top. Makes a great foot rest with a Helinox (or other) chair.
Ideal campsite: Helinox cot, chair, and table. I fit all that in my kayak hatches. This kind of comfort, for so little weight, was unattainable years ago. Expensive but I've gotten my money's worth out of it as I camp a lot.

Don't know if 4 pounds is what you would call lightweight or not but this is the table we bring along on many of our trips. It rolls up and fits in a umbrella chair bag. It is tall enough to sit at and cook and is just the right size for four guys to play a good game of euchre at.
I don't know the make or the pedigree of this table. I purchased it several years ago at the Aldi grocery store in the spring when they were selling camping equipment. I think I payed about $35 for it.

I can only hope that when I die, my wife does not sell my fishing equipment for what I told her I paid for it

I have an old no-name brand like the Talu only with a bamboo slat top. Sturdy and folds fairly compact, still use it after about 20 years of buying it.

Food barrel with a cutting board or butt pad. A 5 gallon pail works too. My buddy likes to bring one for filling the gravity filter and stowing random items on portages. I'm not a fan and am not going to carry it, but it's not bad having both the food barrel and the pail to set things on.

Well, camping might seem like a small detail at first, but then you can spend too much money on a table that would be too heavy for your common trip, or otherwise, too lightweight if the weather conditions are bad in the local area. It happened to me once. There are various options depending on several factors: https://activegeardirect.com/best-family-camping-tents-top-5/
