i did see this video before , crazy ,
i do like in the article " mille lacs has become the land of the giants because of CPR" , when the state change the minimum to 50" , is when it pretty much went to a total catch and release.

Awesome. That would be so cool to see. All of our Musky don't get fat like that down here. And only found on a couple of our rivers.
