Is Chainsaw Sisters still open? It was my understanding a while back they’d let you park there for put-in at Mudro. But I’m not seeing anything online. Our book was written like 18 years ago... ha! So what’s the updated parking situation for 23?

The parking lot is right at the entry point. No fee.

No, still just gravel. Main parking is in the same area as many years past, just free. Up the hill, where the saloon once sat, is now overflow parking.

Mudro entry parking lot might be well packed stone, but had parking lines in 2017. No, it's paved now. Not sure when, but before June of 2017.

Wow. Don't remember it as paved when we were last there in 2016, but I could be wrong again. No photos taken in the lot on any of our trips out of there since August 1996. :-)
