Nice. Looks similar to the Hoodlum but down vs synthetic insulation?

I’ve seen it in use. It looks like a decent design. However, I’m not impressed with the location of the draw cords and tensioners.

Looks a little pricey. The ZPacks Goose Hood is $65. I haven't tried any of the down hoods yet. I have just been using my normal fleece or wool beenie. Are they worth spending the money on?

I bought a really nice barely used 650 fill goose down mountain hardware parka off the hammock forums this winter for 100.00, and the hood is detachable and very similar, so i had already had that in mind for fall hammock camping.

I am not a hammock camper, but seems like for $100 you could get a coat with a hood like campnfish did, instead of just a hood?

Cottage Vendors take full advantage of the hammock addiction. I Stick to the used market for deals.
