My son and I lollygagged around the headwaters of a small local reservoir in central Iowa. I was good to be in the water and recharge. Saw a good number of blue wing teal, some very handsome shovelers in full plummage, and a hand full of mallys and wood ducks. We were all practicing good social distancing.

Tried out my new to me Expedition Plus. Love it.

This coming Wednesday is supposed to be nice and my plan is to take a canoe out for the day. Might take the new dog and see how he does.
