Crock pot mushrooms

We had this tonight with a beef roast. I think with a little time, it could be done on a canoe trip... it would be good with steaks!

1 pound mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix

Clean mushrooms and place in crock pot. Cube butter and put on the mushrooms. Add seasoning mix. Cook on low all day or at least 4 hours.
