A refund can be submitted for consideration. They would need to provide the credit card type used and the last 4 digits. This process can take 4-6 weeks. If approved they will see the refund on the credit card statement.
I require them to email (ATTN: LEEANNE) with their outdoors card numbers, as well as the information above.
Their current licences would be invalidated, if their 8 days have not already expired. We cannot offer refunds on expired products as these licences are downloadable and instant use.
Licenses purchased by non-residents of Canada prior to March 17, 2020 may be considered on a case-by-case basis, as the Canada/US border closed on March 17, 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Their 8 day licences should not have expired yet
