Hello friends, I am looking at maybe selling my Wenonah Tuf-Weave Adirondack with the gel coating. It is really good shape with very few scratches.

I am wanting to sell and then maybe get a Souris Quetico 3-man kevlar instead.

Any idea what a realistic starting price would be for selling?

I know it could be all over the place but I really don't have a good grasp on used canoe values.

Thanks!

Hi.... I follow prices carefully on c list in the Madison, WI area on used canoes. The Tuf weave is heavier, and thus a little less in demand; Kevlar obviously would command a better price. $600 -900 would be fair.... $400 would be a give-away; you might get $900 if very clean and few scratches. You could start at $900 for a week and see your responses. I would sell at $750 and take $600 if really eager to move. Good luck!

I might be interested in it.

I paid $900 for a Tuf-Weave Spirit II about 8 years ago. It came with early stage rot in the gunwales and a couple paddles & PFDs. I agree with Jim - start at $900 and see your level of interest a week or two later. You might get a taker.
