Thanks Jim for the reply but the Adirondack fits my needs better. Right across the border in Kansas. I do travel once a month to the family cabin north of Bemidji MN so I can travel to pick up a canoe.

I have a Tuf-Weave Adirondack in very very good condition. Never seen a river in it's life only lakes. Its fiberglass and has the Ivory gel coat. I live in Des Moines.

If you haven't found an Adirondack by the fall...... FYI Sawbill outfitters has sold some from their rental fleet in past years.

I have a 2004 red Adirondack in Royalex. Used 4-5 times on inland lake. Bought it for houseguests to use but it's not getting used. Kept covered in the summer and hung in garage during winter.

Correction: my red Royalex Adirondack is a 2014, March of that year.
