Last week Duncan EP... berries were still 95% green. Not alot of berries on the bushes but we only came across small patches along trails.

Saw a Gunflint trail outfitter post a picture yesterday of a couple small buckets full. So I'd say they're on the rise now

Haha not telling. Plenty on the shoreline of the lakeside where we are . We try and grab some by boat but honestly those are owned berries and we hope the homeowners are not home.

Only a few blueberries for me but raspberries are ripe and plentiful right now.

Just got home tonight. Saw three small patches in the BWCA and all had just a couple ripe, small, and tart, but more not ripe. Outside the BWCA saw a bigger patch with more ripe, but still small. I got just enough to fill my pancakes tomorrow - would not have wanted to try to fill an ice cream bucket.

Near where I am the berry bushes are toast. Many literally, by the drought. A few berries, but nothing like in a usual year. They're small and flavorless. Some green ones are still coming in but I'm not sure the rain will save the season.

Just returned from Gunflint...berries were smaller than other years.
Still lots of green berries.

There are plenty on my property, Adam. They'll go unpicked, as always. You're welcome to come any summer and feast like a bear!
