My son's hammock just came in the mail yesterday. Mine is scheduled for sometime next week. This is next level camping.
The switch over was both easy and hard. The easy part is obviously the comfort and weight reduction. The hard part was the expense of switching from a really nice Sierra Designs convertible tent, sleeping bags and pads to a hammock, tarp and quilts.
So glad we pulled the trigger though.
If there any of you out there on the fence, do it. They really are that nice.

I'm so glad to hear this...Ordered mine on the 18th...should be here in the next week or so! Ordered a few Ti Wasps and some Reflect-it too. Opted for the beetle buckle suspension. Which suspension did you get?

I got the Beetle Buckles too. I did opt for soft shackles instead of clips for around the trees. Got those from Whoopieslings.com. I just like the idea of strong they are. They're just a second or two longer to manipulate though.
