Just imagine this fish hooked from a canoe.

I just watched this video a few days ago. That is a big girl. Notice they cut the hooks out with a bolt cutter. They also did a great job protecting her in the net as they let her go again. I need to get back up on Mille Lacs. There is a lot of huge Pike in there too.

I also noticed the bolt cutter. I assume that was necessary because of the size of the lure's hooks and the size of the musky's jaw. In the YouTube comments, many praise their care of the fish.

I'm trying to imagine how I would get a hook out of her in the boundary waters. I wouldn't have gloves like those,and while I do have a jaw spreader, I doubt it would handle jaws like those.

She's a friggin' photon torpedo! I also marveled at those gloves. Those men didn't fear her teeth a whit.

Awesome catch! Thats a huge pike! I want to fish in the area and try my luck on some of those pikes.
