Is this cold snap next week gonna be slow fishing?

Back in 2014, same time of year...it did not seem to put a damper on SM.

I still consider myself a rank amateur at fishing, so if this is a dumb question...consider the source :D

I sure hope not cuz we will be fishing the lakes off the gunflint.

Water temperature not air temperature is key.

When water temperatures slowly drop into the mid 50’s and lower 60’s the bass will actively seek baitfish in attempts to store up for the winter.
