I am making a trivia game for my school's outdoor club and would like to ask for your help with outdoor, canoeing, backpacking, and or wilderness questions. I will share the finished product when I am done! All information is welcomed!

Multiple choice questions like Trivial Pursuit? Or more like Jeopardy?

The Boundary Waters area is within the Laurentian Mixed Forest Province (commonly called the "North Woods"), a transitional zone between the boreal forest to the north and the temperate hardwood forest to the south that contains characteristics of each. Trees found within the wilderness area include conifers such as red pine, eastern white pine, jack pine, balsam fir, white spruce, black spruce, and white-cedar, as well as deciduous birch, aspen, ash, and maple.

Q: What common food found in the wild should be avoided in a survival situation?
A: Mushrooms. Even if you know how to avoid the ones that are poisonous, mushrooms require more calories to digest than they produce as food. (This does not even consider the calories expended searching for them.)

Yes, absolutely. It's also a good source for Vitamin D. But don't go overboard.
