I live in Northern Michigan. This is a one owner! I bought the boat new in 1984 from Betty Ketter. She and her husband, Carl, were very active in the Minnesota canoe racing scene. The boat has been gently used (paddled only on lakes), and stored for most of its life indoors. I have many wonderful memories paddling this boat, so letting it go has been a difficult choice. I hope to find it a good home with someone who appreciates it

As for price, if I am being honest, I'm really not sure what it is worth. There is some sentimental value attached, but I know I can't charge for that. A new one (I understand they do make them on a special order basis) would cost over $2500. It seems like $800 -$900 is in the ballpark.

In 84. What you're asking is around what it cost new back then. I had that exact canoe in 1990.
