I have both pairs. The performance difference is negligible compared to the price difference.
The first difference is the binding system on the MSR is a ratcheting system with a quick-release Yukon's just have a rubber belt system like a belt for pants or bags.
The second difference being that the MSR has a more aggressive footprint that is better suited for traction on ice and has a toggle underneath the foot that can be flipped to lessen the angle your feet need to make while climbing a hill.
Hard to find snowshoes in stock anywhere. I had preliminarily decided on Yukon Charlie's Pro model, but not available. One that is: Flex-Spin . Anyone tried these?
