Today scheduled my first trip with my seven other Paddle Men with John at Voyageur North, Ely. We have bought permits and rented boats and packs through them for many years. They are always very gracious and accommodating. EP Lake 1 June 27 and coming out on Snowbank July 2. It's been a while since we've done this loop. Looking forward to this first trip of the summer.

Nice, I think they'd be able to get that permit pretty easily when they open. Always had good luck with them too, not always the case with some others

Were you able to secure a permit? I was able to secure a permit for entry point 22 Mudro lake for June 22nd but literally the next day they were all gone for the month of June. I've never seen that before, fingers crossed we can find a campsite.

I'm worried too. This is my first time going through Mudro, up to Crooked. All the permits were available when I logged in and got mine, but a couple hours later they were all gone.
