First timer here. This morning I bought a permit for entry point 60. We will spend some time on Duncan Lake, and may spend a night or two camping on Daniels Lake as well.
Looking at the maps, there’s also an entry point 61 on Bearskin near a portage to Daniels.
Would there be any issues with us camping on Daniels with a Duncan permit?

Unless it specifically says that you can't, you should be good to go

Technically to do it legally you would have to go to Rose and then take the portage out of rose up into Daniel's. Daniel has its own entry point which is number 61 you're not supposed to come out of Duncan and into East bearskin and then into Daniels.

Unless you go through Rose you are leaving the wilderness and then going back in to Daniels. I think that’s a no-no.

It is a common loop to park your car at West Bearskin Lake, enter thru Duncan, go to Rose Lake, and then return through Daniels to West Bearskin (or vice versa). As long as you enter at the correct entry point and stay in the BWCAW until you exit through Daniels, you are okay to camp at any campsite in the Bdub, even if it is on a different entry point lake.

A few restricted permits are exceptions to this.

Absolutely. Restricted permits have their own rules.
