Search function is letting me down...

There was a recent post re making a simple support to lay on an MSR Windburner stove, allowing more standard fry pans to be used. It involved crossing two pieces of stainless steel, notched to hook to the burner ring.

I was trying to find the dimensions and thickness suggested.
Also, any good suggestions as to a cheap source of scrap to use?

Excellent, butthead. Thanks. (I figured you'd be the one.)
What thickness would you gauge those pieces of stainless?
And, how easily might I cut that material?

Was going to check an old Coleman single but remembered I unloaded all of them. Not plate thick more like 20-24 gauge, stainless or just sheet steel.

Hey Ken, do you take ginseng or something to keep your memory sharp as a tack ?? I envy that.

I always have a camera near. Take photos of everything even parking spots in large lots. My memory is now digital!

Between CRS and STIML my problem is STIML. I must have lost the memory overflow plugs and new stuff fills to the hole and runs out. Dusty old stuff resides in the lower catacombs.
