One of the legs on my sunset bent and broke on my last trip. Has anyone fixed a leg before?

Replaced broken leg yes. On an REI Flex Lite. Fixed just like a shock corded tent pole, Clamp the shock cord, remove/untie shock cord from the anchor. Find same size tube (REI service desk was my source, matched tube size and gave it to me, free), trim to correct length, reassemble.

I bent a leg on my Savanna chair last year. The leg broke when I tried to straighten it back out. I called Heliox to see about buying a replacement leg. They had me send the chair back to them for repair. No charge except for shipping it to them. Came back good as new. I was very happy with their customer service.

I had two legs replaced on one of my Helinox chair under warranty about 4 years ago when Big Agnes was still their US partner. Although I sent in the chair for them to fix so they had the whole chair, the two new legs came back silver while all the other parts are blue. If it was me running the customer service dept. I would have just shipped out a new chair.

The horse doctor in me says you should just shoot that chair.

5 year warranty on Helinox I believe.

Nothing but nice things to say about Helinox. One of our guys did something stupid and broke a leg. Company had us mail in the old one and they sent a new 'compete' frame, sans cloth. Did it off season, so forget how long it took.

Received my part in the mail within a week of request! No questions asked.
