Makes a delicious cheesy potato chip as a side for your fish fry.
Needed:
1 - box au gratin potatoes
Enough oil of choice to cover 1/4 inch deep on fry pan.
Step 1
Hydrate potatoes from box by fully submerging in warm water. Takes about 10 min to hydrate.
Step 2
Drain off all water from Potatoes
Step 3
Heat up oil in pan. Once hot fry potatoes until golden brown. Remove from oil.
Step 4
Take cheese packet from box and sprinkle over chips.
