In the past it was my understanding (please correct me if I’m wrong) that both Mitchell and Grey Owl made paddles for Bell. There are a few NOS ones on eBay. The paddle in the image posted here recently popped up on my local Craigslist list for a fair price (it has different laminations that the eBay paddles).
I’m wondering if anyone knows which one is listed above from Craigslist? I believe it is a straight shaft if it makes any difference.
Thanks so much, I have learned, and continue to learn, so much from all of you here on BWCA.

I just went and looked at ebay. I see the paddles. They're labeled as new and sold by ORC. I'm curious if they're still making them under the Bell brand or just selling off old stock yet?

ORC is still selling off all of their old Bell branded stock. It's been going on for years now.
Endeavor to persevere.

From the old bell catalog, I’d say that looks like the “breeze” model. Photo attached. "
Thank you for sharing this image, Kona; I believe you are correct! Hadn’t seen this image before. I appreciate you taking the time to share it. Thanks.

I agree that it looks like a Mitchell paddle. The tip treatment on one of their current paddles looks the same.

I could be wrong here, but I think Mitchell was also making the Northstar paddles but believe I heard from a retailer that they no longer were. This might explain why Northstar paddles seem to be vanishing from all sources including their own web sight.
