Hello, currently planning my first trip to the boundary water. The other night I reserved my permit. I've sense decided I want to change my permit issue station. According to recreation.gov I can change it but when I go in to modify my reservation, the issue station is the one thing I cannot change. I see where it says "I need to make a change" underneath the issue station, but it is not clickable. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or show me a way to make this work?

I'm also experiencing exactly the same problem.
