Sound waves can move rather
small objects (very small water droplets ) but from what I understand only in a lab. To move a cloud outside a lab without perfect conditions - I doubt it.
One example that came to my mind quickly was the loudest sound ever recorded - the eruption of Krakatoa in 1883. It was heard 3000 miles away - It circled the Earth four times in every direction ( I have seen other reports of up to 7 times) and shattered the ears of sailors 40 miles away. I have studied this eruption a little a bit as a hobby and never seen reports of it moving clouds. But who really knows???
