Well done, an excellent trip! I've watched several of your videos now. Good stuff Thank you.

These are very good videos. It's making me rethink my eventual next trip from the west side of Wabakimi into Sassenach and shift my trip plans to replicating this one.

Thanks. That's funny, my next trip up there, whenever that is, will be on the west side starting somewhere in the vicinity of Sassenach. Have you been that way before?

Not yet. I have the intel on the drive in, the put-in area and the topos to lay out the route. But like everyone else, this covid thing got in the way of making that trip a reality. I've been up the 702rd a couple of times but always putting in at Smye which is also a nice entry. The Sassenach entry would be a bit more straightforward (less portages) to get to Flindt. I'm looking forward to it as soon as the border opens :)

Beautifully done video! I just feel bad for that bear, though. Looks like a great trip and a great route I'll have to put on my "hopefully one day" lists.
Just curious - what type of camera did you use to shoot the video?
