Looking for someone to shuttle our son from Ely to Duluth on July 15 . Needs to be in Duluth by 3:30 pm for a flight. He will be exiting from Moose River North. EP 16. The outfitter will pick him up and get him to Ely. (Mom and dad are staying longer in BWCA) He needs ride to Duluth airport. Any chance someone is headed through Duluth that day?

Even when we had a taxi service here it was hard to get all the way to/from Duluth and almost impossible from/to Mpls.

I think the last time we had a customer who needed a Duluth shuttle, he ended up renting a car in Duluth, parked it in Ely, got shuttle out to entry and pick up at different exit point, then drove car back down.

It was still cheaper than paying for taxi type of transportation. Plus he had a car to go out for dinner, etcetera.

I can drive him from Virginia to the Duluth airport if the outfitter can get him that far south

I’ve hauled many a canoe... and an occasional canoer. I can make it happen if no one else can. Don’t worry about it... probably have grandkids wanting to camp and see the harbor about then.
