I picked up the Optimus Gemini stove on a whim before our trip this season. I love how the 2 burners run off of one canister. It worked great for boiling water for hot beverages and cooking for our group of 4 during our trip.

Interesting! First time I have seen this one. Gemini

Finally a worth while replacement for the Peak One Expedition!

If only they could incorporate a generator tube for inverting the canister in cold weather. If it had that I probably would have just bought one.

Just doing some research to find a better stove to use since it likely the fire ban will be in affect still when I go in August. Does it simmer well like the video stated? My Whisperlite is an all or nothing type of stove. It will frazzle eggs in an instant!

We did a lot of simple meals and didn't need to simmer anything on our first trip with this stove. I wish I could test it out for you, but I won't have access to my stove again until next summer. It did seem to have good adjustability though.
