My daughter is a celiac and we have a hard time the night prior finding a restaurant to eat at that is safe for her especially considering we’re going on trip the next morning. Last year we grilled burgers using charcoal on the park grills in Ely down by the lake. This year we’d already discussed that it wasn’t worth the risk of lighting charcoal so we’re pre cooking more food prior and utilizing that gourmet heating device called a microwave in the hotel. ??

Also celiac. Restaurants in the area are going to have tough time with true celiac, especially before a trip. Can you bring an instant pot and leave it in the car? Stop in Two Harbors, get some trout or whitefish, 4 min, high pressure, on a bed of greens and thinly sliced potatoes.
