Almost as far as my 1035 miles :) It's my one chance of the year to meet some of these people. Oddly enough, in all my trips I've only run into a couple out in the BW.

Sometimes the timing works out, but most of the time I miss people by a day or two on entry/exit.

In spite of what nctry said and captured in that last photo, I really enjoyed the first 49 of the 179 stories he told. Just kidding. Glad I had a chance see old (or should that be previously-met) bwca friends and meet a new one (Paul).

Have a great trip Boonie. One of these years I’ll be able to meet you. Only one more year of high school soccer left for big duckling then I should have more free time in the fall. At least for a few years until 2 year old Bruin gets us into crazy schedules.

It always amazes me the people we meet throughout our lives. But especially now I think, man... to have been able to paddle with everyone I’ve met! But whether paddling or eating together, indulging in friendships is a very fortunate thing.

It was a surprise to see TB... he took care of our bill, so the rest made sure the staff at Gronk's got rewarded too. I hope Boonie has a great trip... and was it ever nice to see inspector 13.

Ginny... oh man, what a great gal. This lady is a lot like Spartan2 in that she has a lot of class and grace. Portage99, maybe another time. Dman also...

Boonie does this about every year. Steve, have a great trip and we'll see ya next fall!

Sorry I could not make it the Twin Ports this past weekend. It would have been great to see some of the people who are active on this forum again. Hopefully next year.
