Wondering if anyone has taken advantage of the very mild weather and ventured into canoe country this November? As often paddling is not an option at this point or, at least very precarious with impending ice forming.

Not here, but enjoyed it. Leaving for Arizona tomorrow. What good timing. Haha.

Kayaking Lake Superior this weekend. Really glad it will not be unseasonably warm. It has been unseasonably warm for the last 6 or 7 months. I want unseasonably cold, and crazy amounts of snow and unusually thick ice!

Spent a lot of time in a tree hunting this fall. It was nice hunting in the 50s and 60s the first weekend of November. I shot a deer with my bow last Saturday and once I had it safely hanging in the cool shade in a garage I was able to enjoy lunch outside on the patio near Duluth. Not sure I've ever done that in early November.
