I secured an EP 23 restricted ( no overnights on knife) for 6/11/2022 I made this reservation to go with a son I used to have but he has made 2 reservations on his own and does not want to go. Not a problem as I have 3 others made without him as well. Long story short I will be cancelling this permit. If anyone wants to try and get it let me know and I will give a heads up as to when I cancel so you can watch for it.

Maybe should have talked to him before hand.
There goes 6 bucks.

Sounds like a family he said she said instead of a canceled permit post.

"I canceled a permit for ___ date for entry point ____" would have been good enough

Im sorry I guess I should have asked your preferred method before posting, at any rate I won’t cancel the permit for a while in case anyone here expresses an interest. As for the six bucks lost……

No worries. Where do I look for this again?
#23 is Mudro - no restrictions
Mudro Restricted is #22 - and allows no camping on Horse

I quess my preferred method would be to figure out your permits and not cancel 6 fricking days after the opening bell...

You don't have your son anymore?

I'm afraid that nooneuno's takeaway from this thread will be "Don't try to be helpful."

I always try to be helpful.
Sometimes I come off wrong.

I agree, but also they don't release the cancelled ones right away either. So even if you were sitting next to the person when they hit "cancel" you're still in the dark on when it'll come open online

+1.

Just an FYI to the OP, there's a forum for canceled permits that you can give a heads up in. Permits usually repost in a day or two on the reservation site.
