Who are some outfitters on the Canadian side that are close to the border? Looking in case they don't open the RABC program.

We are using Branch's Seine River Outfitters. Their rentals are cheaper than the others we called and they'll meet you at the access point with your canoe and permit - no stopping by their place Or the ranger station.
