Have been reading about all the water and flooding. I would assume that the bugs
are getting bad up there. Just wanted some report.

Was on Lake Three all last week, the mosquitos were minimal, but the black flies and gnats were brutal. Out of 4 guys, we only found 2 ticks for the week. I recommend looking for a site on a point with a good cross breeze, because that was the only way we could get relief.

But the black flies ate our faces off. Worst in memory.

Gnats near Snowbank were absolutely brutal. Relentless all day. Mosquitos and blackflies were present but not as bad as the gnats.

I had 4 ticks on me. Skeeters were just start. Black flies were horrible. I went to wash my shirt after the trip and there were plenty of blood stains on the back collar. Still have lumps on the back of my neck.
