I have unopened #10 Mountain House cans of dehydrated diced chicken and green beans. Any brilliant recipe ideas for using these? My mom got them and "gifted" them to me. And they have been sitting. Thoughts?
Thanks. I like the idea of soups. Do I follow the rehydration instructions and just use it like normal chicken? I haven't used anything but the mountainhouse meal packs before.
My wife is the soup expert in our house. She makes soup often utilizing leftovers, carcasses, old vegetables, etc. Her advice, "rehydrate and start cooking ". She makes adjustments always... start with low salt.
