This is a favorite for my annual large group trip and after years of trial and error we have it down pat. Top a pre-cooked crust with sauce and pizza toppings. Using a smaller lid and a skillet, create a platform at the bottom of the skillet with the lid so the crust isn't touching the bottom. Place crust with ingredients on the skillet and cover. Place the skillet directly onto hot coals or very close to the fire for 5 minutes. Check to ensure crust isn't burning (remember, it's pre-cooked). If the crust is burning, raise the skillet higher from the coals. Keep baking, checking every 5 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and there is some crispiness to the crust. Slice and enjoy! In this pic we used rocks to raise the crust up from the bottom of the skillet.
