Ok, I admit it, I don't use this site for anything other than this message board. Shame on me. I am looking for campsite reviews... I think there is some on here somewhere.... anyone help a guy out? We're leaving Saturday and putting in Sunday at Mudro. Going to LBWF area and then to Crooked. Wondering about campsites between LBWF and BWF, maybe something between Wheelbarrow and BWF. Also would like to double check my intel on Crooked sites.
Thanks

bombinbrian,
Go to "Maps & Entry Points," in the banner above, pick your entry point and navigate in the map from there to the lakes you'll visit. Put your cursor on a campsite (red dot) and click. There will often be a 1 to 5 rating, 5 being best. Click on "view camp detail" for direct member reports and photos, if any. I find these tools to be very helpful but they are subjective like any rating. Some of the ratings are based on things not relevant after a number of years or on things not as important to a different person. Overall a useful tool. Have a great trip!

This.
I go through all the campsite reviews of the area I intend to visit, as well as campsites adjoining in case things are full. Absolutely invaluable. Of course the ratings are subjective, but I find them vital in trip planning.

I did indeed rock down to Electric Avenue, but I did not take it higher. I regret that.

Beers Saturday, Ely Steakhouse? I'm in town that night staying @ VNO. We put in Stuart Sunday, so I'm sure we're both looking forward to a river rise from the rain... you especially I'm sure since Picket Creek can be notoriously low in the late summer and fall.
I only have intel on the point campsite inside Thursday Bay, as I stayed there back in 2011 so not recent. It was an expansive site with a very nice fire grate.

That might work
