We have been coming up to Seagull/Alpine/Red Rock the fourth week of September for the last 3 years. The outfitter said we would have better luck fishing the 2nd week of September. What do you think? We are planning for next year on what week to go.

It could be different every year depending on the weather. It probably wouldn't make much difference either way. All of September is pretty good fishing.
