Sorry to hear about the life changes. I started going through them in late 2015 with a heart attack, followed by two car accidents in 2016. I was just getting moving after covid last year when I fell off a ladder. Four broken ribs and a shattered fibula. Ribs are fine. Foot is slowly getting there.
