Suggestions for winter entry point for lake trout

Some friends and I do a winter trip every year and try to find an entry point that can get us to a lake with decent lake trout and within 3-5 miles of the entry point t. Have done South, Clearwater and snowbank. Anyone have additional suggestions?

EP #51 Missing Link

While not necessarily maintained, the trail to Tuscarora Lake is usually a good, trodden winter path. You could also pull up short and try for brook trout on Missing Link or Mavis.
