Planning a trip into Gun Lake for early September. Looking to do a few day trips into surrounding lakes and noticed this lake, which has no marked portage trail. Does anyone have any information on Haunted Lake in the BWCA?

I have combed this site so many times trying to find a trip report, or even a comment about haunted lake. As far as I know, no one has made the bushwack in. I'm tempted to give a try myself, so if you're brave enough for the adventure, def make a trip report on it!

It doesn't look too difficult to get to as off-the-track lakes go. The topo makes it look easier to access from Beartrack since the creek going towards Gun looks real steep climbing to Haunted
