MN DNR LakeFinder data says this lake's maximum depth is 6 feet.

Well, there's two lakes with that depth in the BW and one doesn't have a campsite. Since this photo looks like the edge of a campsite (although it could be a portage), I'll guess Bower Trout.

It's hard to believe fish survive from year to year in only 6 feet of water!

This lake has several campsites and you're correct that the pic is taken from a campsite. But it's not Bower Trout.

This pic is taken from the canoe looking mostly south. Just pausing behind some cover before paddling south across this lake into a headwind.

This pic is looking NE from just offshore of the campsite where the first pic was taken.
